“You have to make your projects visible!” On this principle, the architect realized the commission to give the exclusive residence on Bezymyanny, St. Petersburg’s largest island, a distinct presence. For this purpose, the balcony parapets of the old brick yacht club were accentuated with turquoise-colored ceramics and aesthetically enhanced. The large-format TERRART®-Shingle elements were custom-made to the client’s specifications. The result is an interesting, high-quality property that benefits from its diversity.
