Imperial Yacht Club St. Petersburg

“You have to make your projects visible!” On this principle, the architect realised the commission to give the exclusive residence on Bezymyanny, St. Petersburg’s largest island, a distinct presence. For this purpose, the balcony parapets of the old brick yacht club were accentuated with turquoise-coloured ceramics and aesthetically enhanced. The large-format TERRART®-Shingle elements were custom-made to the client’s specifications. The result is an interesting, high-quality property that benefits from its diversity.
