Sparkasse Freiburg

The old Sparkasse administration and office building was demolished and replaced by a new one, taking care to ensure that the new building would fit in with the urban landscape. The extensive glass roof, spanning two loft spaces, was covered with terracotta slats so that it would blend in with the roofscape. The TERRART® Baguettes in dark red, natural version, are mounted horizontally and serve as both sun protection and a rooftop design element.
