Georgenstein 03, Munich
Two full storeys and one staggered storey. A type that is very often build up in Germany. Unfortunately mostly as a minimal solution. This house is now the proof that it is quite possible to build an architecturally sophisticated house within an economic framework. The facade is a curtain-type rear-ventilated construction made of terracotta panels in a white natural shade, with matching baguettes, at the corners of the building partly in curved design.
