Special Colours
For the new building of the LMU Klinikum Innenstadt in Munich, the architects chose an ensemble of discreet natural shades. The façade was clad with slim, smooth and partly profiled, vertically installed TERRART -LARGE and -MID elements. The building thus harmonises perfectly with the historical building of the Medical Clinic.
Parc Glories is one of the largest 17-storey office buildings in the 22@ of Barcelona, located in the street Ciutat de Granada 150. PLP Architecture is designing a new 15-storey residential building incorporating 55 luxury apartments, retail facilities and a new townhouse at 66 Chiltern Street near Marylebone High Street in Westminster. This new-build project offers significant improvements to the environmental performance of our earlier consented scheme to remodel and extend the 1960s office building on the site.

KVV Stockholm currently, the largest inner-city biomass-fired combined heat and power plant in the world, it has a unique architectural form. The vaulted façade is surrounded by slender terracotta elements with a warm red shade that imitates the bricks of the historic buildings nearby, and these elements are arranged in such a way that views are possible from the inside.
The three buildings form a clear contrast with the nearby university buildings to create a strong design accent on the campus. With their attractive, curved shape, they seem to melt into each other and exude a distinctly homely character.
