Hotel Super Koyo, Hashima City

The Super Koyo hotel building in Hashima City, Japan, serves as a training and conference centre for the members of a company. The terracotta façade, in a light shade, is structured horizontally by means of slim bands made of contrasting blueglazed terracotta. Together with the surrounding buildings, which have the same terracotta façade, an independent and uniform overall urban picture is attained.
