Lively, cheerful, positive and optimistic – this is how the overall impression of the new building can be described. The ensemble is enclosed throughout by a polychromatic façade: Parapet bands of approx. 900 m total length per floor, consisting of coloured glazed ceramic cladding, extend around the entire building and give it an unmistakably joyful character. The cladding is composed of 20 different colours, grouped in four colour families – blue, red, yellow and green – each with 5 undertones. The façade image shows a uniform and easily understandable structure that dissolves into a multitude of coloured particles – as a symbol of the diversity of nationalities, languages, religions and personalities that come together and form a unity.
