St. John‘s C of E Primary School, Blackpool
With the exception of the ground floor, this overall very plain and unostentatious school building is entirely clad in sand-coloured TERRART®-Shingle elements, which create a scale-like structure. The overall impression is enlivened with architectural details such as the over-high wall aperture at the front and the frugal, box-shaped, drawn-out windows of varying shapes and sizes on the side façade, which also underline the building’s character.
