With its regular rectangular shapes and brick colour, on the one hand the facade is reminiscent of the old industrial district. But, on the other hand, the outer shell has the appearance of a luxurious, handmade curtain fabric. The generously proportioned windows, offset laterally between stories, are framed by profiled terracotta panels held in metal structures that convey a regular pattern and rhythm. The TERRART®-cladding, which was supplied in the form of prefabricated elements, creates a horizontal emphasis that is further reinforced by the solid aluminium blinds.
