Ilôt Est Nexity

Parallel to the development of the exchange pole project, the city of Versailles, Unibail-Rodamco and Nexity are working together on an urban development project on the 3.5-hectare site next to the Versailles-Chantiers railway station. It is a quality location with exceptional advantages as part of a large-scale development project in the Versailles-Chantiers district.

The project aims to use the “Îlot Est” operation to redefine the urban link between Rue des Etats Généraux and the station service, redefining the Place Raymond-Poincaré as an attractive urban square. This articulation will allow for more spacious public spaces and a real view of the historic station building.

The location offers two separate buildings for Nexity and Unibail. The two halls of the Unibail B building are opposite the station on the Place Raymond Poincaré side. They are connected by an inner road, a soft connection with a series of double heights, which makes it possible to overcome the unevenness of the floor and thus the difference between the two access levels. The building is installed continuously and linearly on the edge of the block and offers a bright and airy heart of a garden block.
