This extraordinary, imposing structure wears an equally unusual “coat”: long, horizontally mounted, slimline panels in a variety of colours create an intense striped look that makes the entire complex stand out from its surroundings. The darkest colour on the spectrum was used for the flat front section of the building so that it merges in with the rest of the building. The ceramic elements, which come in a range of different profiles, stand out thanks to their satin glaze and corrugated surfaces.
