One Park Drive
One Park Drive: This 58-storey residential tower with its distinctive cylindrical shape is clearly visible from all sides and gives the location an unmistakable identity. Divided into four sections – the base, the 8-storey section with loft flats, the middle section with clustered residential cubes and the upper section with penthouses – it presents itself as a uniform sculptural form, yet with a fragmented character. In addition to the staggered balconies and terraces, the cladding of approx. 28,000 TERRART panels, which create a mesh-like division with their fine fluting and bright white glaze, also contributes to this impression. A total of 30,000 sqm of terracotta was spread over the entire structure.
