Residential building “City Ring”

The new project “Living on the inner city ring” was recently developed in the southern inner city of Fulda. The planned building serves exclusively as a residential building and comprises 10 barrier-free apartments. All units have balconies or roof terraces and are built according to KfW Standard Efficiency House 55.

The first salient feature is the elliptical shape, which guarantees the construction an effortless embedding in the environment.
White ribbons wrap around the façade, delimiting the vertically-mounted, grey TERRART-BAGUETTES , which extend over the entire storey height and frame the windows in style.
