Las Gaviotas, Santander

A residential and business complex par excellence was created in the popular seaside resort of Santander in northern Spain. The floor plan ideally takes advantage of the available space and gently follows the route of the road. The colours of the building stand out from its surroundings: various hues of soft, nearly aqueous light-blue produce a cheerful mosaic and the dark-blue tinted window glass is a reminder of the depths of the ocean. A special colour – „Spanish blue“ – was created for the roughly 1,100-square-metre facade made from TERRART-Large panels.
