Thanks to its timeless structure and design, the modern office and residential building right in the middle of the Berlin government district blends in beautifully with the surrounding rows of four and five-storey houses that date back to the 19th century. The ceramic facade made of TERRARTR-Baguettes in a light beige colour follows the pattern set by the punctuated facade of the neighbouring buildings; curved bars also cover the corners of the building. The mix of materials utilised – ceramics, granite and natural stone – conveys both a solid and dignified overall impression.
