The business and conference centre for international hi-tech companies is located in the immediate vicinity of the airport and features eight state-of-the-art conference rooms designed to accommodate anywhere between 5 and 110 people. Thanks to its excellent location with good transport connections and its compliance with all the latest security requirements, the centre is an in-demand meeting place for the business world. During construction, particular attention was paid to ensuring that the building meets the very highest environmental standards, as reflected in the building structure, appointments and choice of materials throughout. Architects: Arkkitehtitoimisto Larkas & Laine Oy, Helsinki broken up with flame-red, glazed ceramic elements which, as a continuous panel surface, draw one’s eye towards individual exterior walls or, as baguettes installed in a Venetian-blind-like arrangement, create appealing accents in front of individual windows. Red steles rise up against the walls of the buildings and the name on the roof of the building is underlined in a vivid red. This play of colours, too, lends the complex a warm and inviting feel.
