This residential complex was the subject of a renovation programme designed to make the building more energy-efficient: new windows, new balcony glazing and a new, rear-ventilated facade minimise energy consumption and are contemporary solutions designed to protect against heat, moisture and noise and to regulate the air within the living spaces. The complex is dominated by a fourteen-storey high-rise building, which also has four basement floors accommodating cellars, a car park and a selection of shops. The modern facade is uniform in design and consists of honed TERRART® LARGE panels, which feature a coarse-pored surface. The mitred panels ensure highprecision installation, for example on the flattened corners. The appealing light shade of yellow captures the sunlight and produces a pleasing colour palette.
