It is worth a careful look: the U-shaped building, raised up on a plinth for the underground garage and plant rooms, with tower floor, cathedral-like windows and gradually narrowing window embrasures, delivers an impressive array of architectural highlights and unique features. The vivid, moss-green ceramic panels that envelop all closed parts of the facade – including the pillars that create shade for the ground floor – deliver a landmark that is visible from afar. This is only interrupted with white embrasures on the north side, where they shimmer out between the green. Almost 12,000 glazed terracotta panels of different sizes and shapes provide the building with its extremely elegant and charismatic appearance, which offers a constantly changing spectacle as the daylight and sunlight change.
