Secli Weinwelt, Buchs
This new structure is reminiscent of stacked-up crates of wine. The layout of the crates creates an external dialogue that differentiates the various areas and functions, including in the building envelope. The facade has been designed as two different-colored terracotta panels and highlights the composition of the individual crates. As well as the two-story wine cellar, the ground floor also contains sales, show and event rooms, which have special windows offering a view of the cellar operations. On the north side, offices have been created on the upper floors, while the south side features six apartments that offer an outstanding quality of living with impressive furnishings and spacious facade openings.
