The facade made from TERRART®-Mid and TERRART®-Solid panels dominates the entire residential and office building. The special grey color of the ceramic was achieved through a sintering process. A total of 1,200 square meters of terracotta elements were built into the structure – on the sides of the building as closed surfaces and on the front as a semi-transparent, suspended solution with open, offset panels that visually create mysterious depths. The color and materials are oriented to the facades of the adjacent buildings.
