Klinikum der Universität Marburg

The historic façades of Marburg’s Gothic buildings appear to have inspired the architects Schuster and Pechtold to the design of the new construction at the clinical center of the Phillips University of Marburg – the shape of the pointed gables is surely a case in point, and has been architecturally processed in a progressive way. The light yellow TERRART® panels of the forward-leaning front building forms a counterpoint to the otherwise highly transparent façade construction of glass and aluminium. The TERRART®-BAGUETTES, which again incorporate the window format, serve to accentuate the areas and provide a transition to the adjoining front.
