Enclave – College Road

The most striking feature of this 50-storey complex with almost 1,000 residential units, consisting of studios and flats, is the collaboration between key specialists that brought it to life. Constructed by Tide Construction, the building showcases an innovative volumetric design, with the modular elements produced by Vision Volumetric. Its unusual façade, designed by HTA Design and installed by Century Facades, creates a graphic effect from every perspective. Light-coloured, large-format, high-gloss glazed terracotta panels with different surface textures form a kind of zigzag pattern that lends the impressive building vibrancy, tension, and expressiveness. The façade design was inspired by the neighbouring NLA Tower by Richard Seifert from the 1960s.
